BNP leader's case against Tahsin Bahar in Comilla, Bangladesh

A BNP pioneer has documented a body of evidence against 155 individuals including the previous Chairman of Comilla City Partnership Tahsin Bahar on the charges of equipped assault and shooting wounds during the counter separation understudy development. The case was documented at the Comilla Sadar South Model Police headquarters today on the charge of assault during the tumult in Kotbari Nandanpur area of Comilla Sadar South on the Dhaka-Chittagong expressway.

Alamgir Hossain Bhuiyan, Official Responsible for Comilla Sadar South Model Police headquarters affirmed the case. He said the case has been recorded. After the fall of the public authority, all the blamed take care of up. Police are attempting to capture them.

Offended party Abu Saeed is the Part Secretary of Ward No. 26 of Comilla Nagar. For the situation, he professed to have been shot in an assault on the development.

Tahsin Bahar was named as the principal denounced for the situation and 105 individuals were named. 40 to 50 obscure blamed have been made. Tahseen Bahar is the little girl of A. K. M. Bahauddin, previous Individual from Parliament of Comilla-6 Voting demographic and Leader of Metropolitan Awami Association.

The eminent litigants for the situation are Aminul Islam, previous administrator of Comilla Adarsh Sadar Upazila Parishad, Abdul Hai, previous executive

 of Comilla Sadar Dakshin Upazila Parishad, Abdullah Al Mahmud, convenor of Mahanagar Jubo Association, Zahirul Islam, leader of Mahanagar Swachchasevak Association, 105 individuals including five councilors of City Partnership. The remainder of the blamed are pioneers and laborers for different degrees of Awami Association and its partnered associations.

As per the protest of the case, on the evening of August 4, there was an exhibit of the counter separation understudy development in Nandanpur, Comilla Kotbari region of the Dhaka-Chittagong parkway. The pioneers and activists of the Metropolitan Awami Association, Chhatra Association, Jubo Association and Volunteer Association went after and terminated on the sets of Tahsin Bahar in the understudy parade. Around then, a portion of the protestors who participated in the development were harmed. The offended party himself was shot in the hand and leg.

BNP pioneer Abu Saeed, the offended party for the situation, said, "During the development of the understudies, we were shot unpredictably that day. The assault was arranged. I request a legitimate examination concerning the case and commendable discipline to the charged.
