The US Secret Assistance says it is "mindful" of a virtual entertainment post by Elon Musk in which he said that "nobody is in any event, attempting" to kill President Joe Biden or VP Kamala Harris.
Mr Musk has since erased the post and said it was planned as a joke.
His post on X, previously Twitter, came only hours after the associated endeavored death with Donald Trump at his green in Florida on Sunday.
The tech very rich person is a nearby partner of Trump, who has promised to enroll Mr Musk to run a "administration proficiency commission" in the event that he wins a second term as US president.
Numerous X clients scrutinized Mr Musk's remarks - which were joined by a cocked eyebrow emoticon - with some charging that the post was a type of prompting against the US president and VP.
