Ukraine has kept its military's central specialist for claimed "unlawful improvement" charges connected with profit of more than $1m (£813,000) accumulated starting from the beginning of Russia's attack in February 2022.
In an explanation, the Security Administration of Ukraine (SBU) said the man sat on a commission concluding whether people were good for military help.
