While Iran continues to strike neighboring nations in the Gulf, Israel has announced a "wide-scale wave" of attacks against Iran and Beirut. Iran says its policy for reciprocal strikes "has ended", a spokesman for Tehran's Khatam al-Anbiya military command headquarters says in a statement.

According to Ebrahim Zolfaqari, the spokesperson for Tehran, the current policy will be "strike upon strike." Zolfaqari adds that Tehran will "not allow even a single litre of oil" to cross the Strait of Hormuz and reach the United States, Israel, and their partners. "Any vessel or tanker bound to them will be a legitimate target."

"Get ready for the oil barrel to be at $200 because the oil price depends on the regional security which you have destabilised," the spokesman adds.

The second ship, a bulk carrier under the flag of the Marshall Islands called Star Gwyneth, has reported that all of its crew members are safe after the ship's hull was damaged by an unknown strike about 57 miles (92 kilometers) north of Dubai. Vanguard also confirmed Mayuree Naree was about 12 miles (19km) north of Oman when it was struck, causing a fire on board.
